So Near and Yet So Far - KL

住了这个国家，大半辈子，住吉隆坡也二十来年，却没有慢下脚步，拜访它，问候它... 记得，香港作家，馬家輝，每一兩年，他都喜欢到茨廠街，走访，像見到老朋友那样的親切！听说，茨廠街要被拆迁了，他老远從香港来这里寫文章，為我們打抱不平呢！慚愧，常坐了十多小时的飞机，到国外大城市， 小市镇去，近在眼前的，却看不到....好吧，就潇酒走一回，拍些照片，也算做歴史見証，哈哈 .... 

以前常避开人多，杂亂的地方；其实杂亂或平静，还不是心在做怪？心量大，能拥萬物；天掉下来，可當被盖。还是接受當下缘起，或已经產生的事，然后以平常心去面对，或处理... 这样也可以培养心量度，它越大，心越开，越自在，增喜悦。不要小看它，这也是一个殊胜的境界哟！ 

走了几小时，深深体会到：放下越多，得到也越多！身心也柔軟，輕松自在，充滿法喜，美麗人生，感恩天地。

Living in KL for about twenty years, hardly take few hours of mindful walking around Petaling Street, this so called Malaysia's 'China Street' (中华街), historical place, where early batch of Chinese from China, started their business life here. Taking for granted for so many years, until today, 31 Aug 2012... 

Why not enjoy taking some good photos, strolling and leisure walk around, after all, today weather was nice, cloudy, windy and even sunshine was blissful.... You know, things will change every moment, who knows, one of these days, this historical place will be dismantled for new development with modern buildings? Anything can happen ... Nothing is permanent! Right?

My motto: If you have a plan in mind, Just Do It ... Or one day you will regret! Oh! Beautiful day, joyous and blissful, thank you, my God!

心門開 空相應 ...

法流如洪流，穿流不息。
世間的萬事，如洪水般，不間斷的在身心，內外，不停流竄。


這股洪水，是眾生，多年堆積的往年舊事：快樂，不快樂，好事，壞事，創傷，一切印象，經歷：心理學所說的“印痕”，都停留在這個身心。當心澄澈，深靜時，能觀察到那印痕餘留的現象，顯現在無常法流，如水流般的不停運轉。

其實它並不抽象，是實質的存在：像一股微妙的气体，在身心，內外，不斷的穿流，生滅。在流動中，記憶的痕跡，引發各种情緒，思維，感受。這些都是過去，由無明所造成的因緣，因為不了解真理實相，所做所為，是在構築夢幻世界，與自然真理，背道而馳，活在苦海。當隨順緣起時，因果就展現在無常法流，而嘗盡“苦果”，也怪不得別人，是自討苦吃。

因果，業障，就是當下緣起的。不要以為，你以前所犯下的因，會忘記你？那种子當然沒忘記你，適當時候，它會回來跟你述說，追思舊事呢。因為它是在當下升起，有智慧的話，也該在當下，輕鬆面對，不要逃避，不迎不拒的去承擔吧。如果心是無明，沒智慧的話，就繼續抓取，沈迷在欲樂中：或另一方，就是抗拒，而生瞋心。那麼，就繼續輪迴的活在苦海吧，也許苦還受不夠。這也是一般眾生的生活方式。


過去已去，未來不可知，其實，只有當下，你才能真正的活著。

無常法流，像是一條河流，其河水不曾停止流動過，它的運作是永恆的。面對無常，你會感覺到很無奈，因為沒辦法控制它的流動，變化，改變。你感到很不安，若有所失，因為你沒有自主權，除了接受，別無選擇。

無常法流，在定和觀的配合下，你看到這股流體，它是一體三面：無常，無我，緣起。無常是因為它不停的變化，變換，改變。無我是因為它有自己的生命体，自主權。也就是說：沒有所謂一個“我”在控制它的運作。緣起呢？是因為因緣條件足夠時，其果（善或惡果）就在當下升起。緣起是很妙，很細，也很恐怖。因為眾生种的多是惡因緣，是“壞”种子；結的“果”當然也是惡果多。

如果不了解，體會大自然界的實相，運作，和空的特性：而只限於身心, 五陰或禪定，下工夫去了悟這穿流不息的法流，那麼就有很多苦果可受, 永遠苦不完。就像一湯匙鹽巴，放進一小杯子里， 咸澀可想而知。同樣地，細觀無常法流，只限制在身心：那麼，苦果，苦受，就在那區區的身心裡穿流，就有你受呢。像細水長流，一陣陣的苦果，順緣起而來，在怎麼修；苦，還是永無休止。

不要忘記，除身心外，還有空。身   心   空，本一體。一旦體悟這點，就能切入空，而相應。此刻，無常法流，由身心，再擴大到虛空，法界去，也就是散播在廣闊的大自然界，溶入空！一切來自於空，又回歸於空。

心門開，無常法流，貫穿身心，相應內外。此時，一切的現象，心境，像波浪的流動，一波一波的，生生滅滅地，消失在無邊的虛空裡。哈，這時，才是心無雜念，一心輕呢。法流與心合一，感受是扎實，平靜，平衡的。別忘了，這也是可修，可証啊！

在修行過程，邁向解脫道時，冤家債主, 會跟隨因緣，找尋你。欠人的，還是要付出應有的代價，雙倍歸還。天下沒有白吃的午餐。他／她找到了你，那也好: 這一世的因緣，就在這一世結算吧。

反正，遲早，也是要還。還了，更是一身輕呢。

也不必給自己太多的假想，也沒有太多的期許：不會去想我必須做什麼事情，必須有什麼計劃，步驟。反正就是：隨緣，隨性，也任性。要去那裡，就去，能做些什麼，就做。人生短暫, 為什麼給自己這麼多限制，No Boundary!

還好，到目前還能一直很奢侈地享受這份運氣，也許有一天運氣用完了，才打算吧。 在這發生之前，還是繼續享受我的運氣吧。有時, 生命也很無奈 ....

怎樣扭轉命運?

空海: 過去已經發生的，不可能改變。能够改变的，只有從現在開始。能夠掌握的只有現在。清醒明覺的活在當下，改變當下的因緣，才能改變命運。

窗內和窗外 ...

常有這樣的心境，就把它比喻為窗內和窗外吧。

在窗外，是活在現象界的世界里，經歷的是日常生活的起心動念，那是自我的世界，它是主角，它習氣地自我保護，都被“我”，“我的”，“我要”，“我能”，忙的團團轉，是活在二元對立的世界, 往兩邊抓，有得必有失, 有樂必有苦 ...

也許，是一般人活在這世上的心態吧。他們的人生就圍繞，執著這些念頭，欲望，有時快樂，也有悲傷。這裡也是修行者練功夫的地方，很多禪師, 宗教師都指示學生，要有正念，要勤勞看這身心的變化，要淨化這顆心，就是在“窗外”下功夫。

多年後, 生活品質並沒多少改變, 反而覺得苦海還是看不到邊。

只要還是往外看，而忘了反觀，就往往忽略了，還有一個窗內的世界。人們不知道，他們練功夫，修行的平台，架構，就是建立在窗內那平靜，廣闊，有明，有覚，柔和的大世界里。當身和心，柔軟，而有專注力的內觀時，當下的逆或順境，或任何感受，都會穿流而過。

因為這時的心境是柔和，平衡，平靜的。因此，這裡的世界能涵蓋一切，超越二元對立。能像廣大無邊的天空那樣，包涵了山河大地，暴雨，打雷，白天，黑夜。

不論起颱風，下暴雨，山崩，地震，雷電交加，天空還是那樣平靜的存在，不損一毫。在窗內看世界，充滿慈悲，平靜，就像看着天上的浮雲，被風一陣陣的漂走，它解脫自在，沒有牽掛。不論是烏雲，白雲，都以慈悲心看待，沒有善惡，好壞，一切以平等心，如實待之。

這時候，有一种回到家，那种扎實的感覺 ... 原來家就在這裡!

I am coming Home.

Country side of Casale, located a famous historical site, where 10 small chapels, with European architectural built, fine art of Roman paintings on wall of each chapel, depicted the history of Christianity. There is a distance from chapel to chapel of about 50-100 m of walking path, from foot hill to the top, the last chapel, of 10th, about 40 minutes to reach. While walking, enjoy the far view of Alp of Switzerland, on the borderline of Italy. Breathtaking scenery!

MR WIND MEETS UP WITH MR BREEZE IN EUROPE

Poem, written by Sujiva ....

When Mr.Wind met with Mr.Breeze.

Mr.Breeze asked: How was your trip from Malaysia to Europe?

Mr. Wind replied: It was boring flight over here, I was almost always half asleep.

Mr Breeze:   Didn't you notice how interesting the Himalayas was?

Mr. Wind:   No I didn't notice them. I was just passing them by in the dark. How about you? What have you been up to here?

Mr.Breeze:  O, as usual. I have been roaming around singing and stirring up some leaves here  and there, making some fall, including fruits. Making some waves in the Mediterranean Sea.

Mr.Wind:    Did you see any big fishes and strange creatures?

Mr.Breeze:   Just a couple, and they are quite nice.

There are lots of Hobbits in Czech republic, Ogres in German, Werewolves and Vampires in Italy and Abominable Snow men and Abominable Snow women in Switzerland.

Since you are here, let's meditate a little.

And then we can move around and blow up some snow and dust.

Mr. Wind:    I am not sure if I will become frozen as well. It is  a cold winter here.

Mr.Breeze:  Good Lord, You already look like  Grandmother Wind moving around so slowly wrapped up with blankets.

Blow wind blow, Breeze whirls around. 

A whine, a scream, a howl,

Or a sad sweet song.

Nets may catch birds,

But we just pass through them.

Walls may stop cows,

We'll just leap over them.

We can even topple trees

Cause Tornadoes, capsize ships,

Sand storms that bury camels metres deep,

For fun we Bang windows, slam doors

Dry napkins, blow off hats.

Tumble weeds love us, as do winged seeds.
Sail boats depend on us, as do wind mills,

Kites adore us , birds are our close pals.

With no strings attached, we travel around the world freely,

Loving Nature, among Nature,

We all are in fact, Nature, in the form of Man.
